2022 Dancer – LENORA CAINES

As a native of Kentucky, I have always dreamed of living by the sea.  My dreams came true when my younger son, Destin, and I moved here eight years ago.  My older son, Brandon, and my future daughter-in-law, Haley, are expecting their first child in June.  They are giving me the greatest gift of my first grandchild, and I am so excited to be a Bella.

These past few years have been an incredible journey, embracing a healthy, Florida lifestyle, thanks to my friends at Fitness on Fifth.  Having met Susan Belcher and becoming part of her Fit Tribe has given me a sense of belonging and a fitness family in Florida.  For her and the tribe, I am grateful.

I am a jewelry designer, an entrepreneur, and a business owner who looks forward to what the future has in store.  I am excited to support the community and these wonderful charities.  “Dancing with the Space Coast” is an honor, and I am thankful for my fellow Fit Tribe member, Christine Lance, who has been so gracious to help me along the way.  I hope everyone enjoys the show!
