Dancing for the Space Coast

Veronica Weiss, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and has spent her entire professional career (15 years) working at Circles of Care, Inc. She is proud to have been the Program Director of Sally’s House for the past 9 years, helping mothers, in substance abuse recovery, rebuild their lives with their children. Veronica is extremely grateful for the program being selected as a charity recipient this year. While she no longer serves as the program director, Veronica continues to work closely with the Sally’s House program and the Friends of Sallys House encouraging continued community support through awareness and fundraising efforts.

 Outside of work, Veronica enjoys spending relaxing time in the pool or at the beach with her amazing husband, Jeremy, and their 8-year-old daughter.

 Veronica shares that dance is a life long passion of hers and she is grateful for the opportunity to be a part of this Dancing for the Space Coast Event.

Although a novice in ballroom dance styles, is no stranger to the dance stage. Veronica (originally from Rochester, NY), has trained, competed and performed for over 30 years in various styles of dance including ballet, lyrical, jazz, contemporary, cheer and pom. Locally, Veronica has been a part of the esteemed faculty at Heather’s Dance Studio, for the past 15 years where she is the studio administrator as well as an instructor and award-winning choreographer. Veronica takes the utmost pride in not only teaching dance skills and technique but in teaching her students, teamwork, leadership, confidence and the value of working hard.
